HOW CAN I JOIN EHSPAC?
MAKE A DONATION
Donations are used to help us deliver educational activities in Lewis & Clark County, host events such as the International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day and providing free resource materials to the community-at-large. If you're interested in donating or setting up a charitable event to benefit the coalition, please call (406) 830-7439 or (406) 465-4471.
Joining the East Helena Suicide Prevention & Awareness Coalition is as easy as attending our monthly meeting, joining the email list. Meetings are held at 6 p.m. on the third Thursday of every month.
WHERE IS THE MEETING & HOW DO I GET THERE?
The meetings are held in Council Chambers at East Helena City Hall, 306 E. Main St.
ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS?
WE'RE SEARCHING FOR VOLUNTEERS, PLEASE JOIN US!
The Coalition is always looking for new members, as well as temporary and long-term volunteers to help us with a wide range of activities, from helping events run smoothly and manning outreach tables to becoming instructors for evidence-based programs, like QPR (Question-Persuade-Refer), and leading new prevention campaigns. Got a special skill you'd like to share?
Want to learn a new skill and lend a hand? Let us know at 406-830-7439.
While all drop-ins are welcome at any time, members are required to attend at least six meetings per year to be considered part of the Coalition. All members, including the board, must receive a brief suicide prevention training within the first three months of joining.
